WHAT WE ARE
The pioneer Haji Abdul Sattar Dawood Adhi started the company in 1967. He was one of the oldest members of Karachi Stock Exchange (now known as Pakistan Stock Exchange).

Haji Abdul Sattar Dawood Adhi was also presented an award by the ex Prime Minister, Shaukat Aziz for being one of the oldest surviving members of the KSE.
The Company has now been taken over by Mr. Aftab Sattar. Mr. Aftab Sattar is a known personality in the stock market circles and an excellent investment advisor.

Director’s profile MR. Aftab Sattar
Aftab Sattar is a famous personality at the KSE. He has significant experience of portfolio management & managing the affairs of a brokerage house. He is well connected within the industry due to previous experiences. First he worked worked with Sattar Dawood Securities in the 80s and then worked with Standard Capital Securities for over a decade. He is the son of a famous stock exchange member late Haji Sattar Dawood, who was a leading member since the 60s. Currently Mr. Aftab Sattar is heading his house ASDA Securities Pvt. Ltd (established in 2014) with lot of success & participation of HNWs alongside institutions viz. JSIL. Mr. Aftab Sattar travels extensively. He is the current CEO of ASDA Securities Pvt. Ltd.
